We ship to all 50 states in the US, including to Hawaii. However, we only ship to physical addresses, we don’t ship to PO Boxes.
All orders placed before 12:30pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship the same day. All orders placed on the weekend or a holiday, or on a weekday after 12:30pm EST, will very likely ship on the next business day.
As of today, we provide 4 shipping options
- Ground (3-5 business days) is $5, or, free for all orders of $50 and over
- 2nd Day Air (2 business days) is $15
- Priority Overnight (1 business day) is $30
After you place an order on skinergies.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, and once your order is fulfilled and is on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us asap and if possible within one hour after the order has been placed. After the one-hour window, we cannot guarantee the order will be immediately cancelled.
If you are dissatisfied with your skinergies.com purchase for any reason, you are encouraged to request a return within 30 days after purchase, before you can get a refund. We offer complimentary returns for all domestic skinergies.com orders. If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.
- Your request should include: the name of the product you bought, your order number (if available), the reason why you want to return it and a picture of the product in its original box.
- Only requests placed within 30 days of purchase will be accepted
- Only products purchased on skinergies.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
- We will only accept products in their original and sealed packaging, undamaged, after review by our distribution center.
- Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.
- If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we cannot refund the order amount.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
Simply email email@example.com with your request and you’ll receive a complimentary pre-paid UPS return label upon approval. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 10 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.
